Buckwell Wagyu Beef Box

Wagyu beef is prized for its marbling and rich flavour profile. Our Wagyu cross cattle produce beef that will take your meals to the next level of flavour!

The boxes are a total of £135 each (roughly a 10% discount from label price) and contains around 7-8kgs. Exact contents may vary according to the size of cuts and customer requests but a typical box would contain:

• 1x 500g Mince
• 1x 500g Braising steak
• 2x 4 pack burgers
• 2x Roasting joints (1kg topside, 1.5kg silverside)
• 4x 8oz Steaks
• 1x short rib
• Marrow bones

Although this beef is reared on our organic farm, it is not classed as organic beef. This is because we haven't used a licensed organic abattoir or butcher. Due to the dwindling number of small abattoirs, there are no longer any that are certified as organic remaining in our area therefore we'd rather use a local non-organic abattoir in the village of South Kilworth to reduce travel time for the cattle.
