The boxes are a total of £120 each and contain around 7kgs:
3x 500g nutrient rich mince
1x 500g mince
1x 500g diced braising
2-3x joints (mixture of topside and slow roast)
3x portions steak (mixture of sirloin, rump, ribeye)
1x bag of marrow bones
It may be possible to alter the contents, just let us know : )
Although this beef is reared on our organic farm, it is not classed as organic beef. This is because we haven't used a licensed organic abbatoir or butcher. Due to the dwindling number of small abbatoirs, there are no longer any that are certified as organic remaining in our area therefore we'd rather use a local non-organic abbatoir in the village of South Kilworth to reduce travel time for the cattle.
